James Winters (the ferret)

James was a devoted husband to Rita and loving father to Hughie Cecil Bernie May Annette Josie Rita and Gina.
James moved to Birmingham from Dublin with his family in 1958
James was known as the ferret Winters to to all his friends he drank in the labour club and around the stratford road for many years.
When James died of a heart attack on the 12 of March 1983 it came as a terrible shock to his family and friends.

Miss you very much, I was only young when you went away but have a few memories...my mum and family help me to remember you everyday. You will never be forgotten. I would have loved for you to have met my children your great grandchildren Abbi and Jaime-Leigh but I know that you are watching over them and keeping them safe, and I thankyou with all my heart for that.
